Refund & Warranty Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. This policy outlines the terms for returns, refunds, warranty claims, and payment conditions for the JuicingAdvice Purifier.
1. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by email at [email protected]. You have a further 14 days to return the product once you’ve communicated your cancellation.
2. Return Conditions
The product must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.
3. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from a defective product or our error.
4. Warranty
The JuicingAdvice Purifier is covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. If a defect arises, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modifications.

5. Payment Terms
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include applicable VAT. Payment is due at the time your order is confirmed. We accept payments via major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure methods displayed during checkout. Full payment must clear before the product is dispatched.
6. Delivery
We will ship the product to the address you provide within the estimated timeframe indicated at the time of order. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, please document the damage and contact us within 48 hours to arrange a replacement.
7. Money-Back Guarantee
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you try the Purifier and are not satisfied for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
